Voyager and its upcoming merger partner, VERAXA Biotech AG, announced a financing package designed to guarantee liquidity for their impending de-SPAC transition. The package includes: $27.5 million senior secured note due in 15 months, a share purchase agreement with Lincoln Park Capital allowing the combined entity to close to $50 million of common stock over the next 24 months.This funding completely eliminates the de-SPAC capitalization anxieties that frequently plague pre-merger blank-check companies.
